Yes, all six buildings each have one.
Are utilities included?
Water is included, and you may choose your own electric, cable, and internet company.
Are you pet friendly?
Absolutely, we welcome your fur babies. There is a required pet deposit, monthly pet rent and an initial pet screening.
Do you have monthly planned activities for seniors?
We sure do! We love to focus on daily, weekly, and monthly events that benefit and engage our residents with each other.
Do you have walk in showers?
Yes, most floor plans do have walk in showers as well as installed grab bars.
Are you located on a bus line?
As a matter of fact there is bus that picks right here in front of our community driveway for Metro.
Is your apartments ADA accessible?
Yes, we have ramped entrances from the parking lots and sidewalks. Apartment homes offer wide doors and easy to reach cabinets, light switches, thermostats, and spacious bathrooms.
Are you income based?
We are income restricted affordable housing.
Are located near major shopping?
Just a few minutes down the road to major shopping and surrounded by various convenience shopping within walking distance.
Do you have washer and dryer connections?
Our apartment homes offer washer and dryer connections for standard size appliances.
